October Colours and Physalis Fruits
I think this is one of the most successful recent photographs of the Walled Garden, very different in character from the robustly-coloured summer views. Although exotic in origin, the Physalis (Chinese Lantern) seems to fit in quite well with the fading colours of the rest of the garden. October 2009.
