Tulips and Wisteria on a May Morning
I discovered this alternative view of the walled garden pergola while attempting to improve on my previous year's image, and the early morning sunlight grazing the blossom had an attractive soft quality. Subsequent photographs from this spot show the rotation of flowers in the bed over the year, but I think the pale upright tulips seen here are the most attractive so far. May 2009.
