Three Birches and the Temple I
The Temple is one of the older features in Brockwell Park, built into the walled garden's wall. It is currently used as a venue for the popular "Bling your Bike" workshops, and for many summers has been the ticket office for the acclaimed outdoor production "Alice in the Walled Garden". A very fine January dawn enabled me to use the surrounding birch trees to frame the building, a small landscape of white surfaces painted in golden light. January 2010.
