MAX A RUSH PHOTOGRAPHY

Great Cliffs
On a lower part of the Sognefjell pass, vigorous spring growth is already underway while the melting snow of higher ground forms continual mists and rain. An old cabin on the lower slopes gives some idea of scale. A landscape photographer could work here for months, watching the changing light and clouds rolling over the mountains, and would almost certainly be rewarded with much more dramatic conditions. Given one day however, I am happy to have depicted the landscape in misty, rainy conditions, as it is most characteristic of the area and the time of year, and is also a visual explanation for the richness of the plant life.
