Twilight on Grindane, Vang
The huge Grindane massif rises above the rural landscape of the Vang area in the county of Oppland. At around 11pm the light is soft and still retains a hint of pink from sunset, revealing delicate patterns in the distant snow. Spring is well underway at lower levels but at alpine altitudes the thaw is just beginning. May 2007.
