Sandstone Shore and Dried Seaweed II
The dried seaweed forms a far thicker carpet in this photograph, still showing some streaks of green in the shadows. A variety of stones, one of which is unexpectedly wet, also follow the contours. This landscape with its bright textured white surface is something I could never have imagined outside the depths of winter. June 2009.
